Woozee is a digital gifting platform that allows users to send curated bundles of digital gift cards revealed through a countdown experience.
Gift cards are supplied through third-party providers including Prezzee.
To purchase a Woozee you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Recipients may be of any age.
Each Woozee contains a bundle of digital gift cards curated based on the selected vibes.
Recipients may receive multiple gift card codes within the bundle.
Gift card redemption is subject to the individual terms of the issuing merchant.
Woozee does not issue gift cards directly.
Gift cards supplied through Woozee comply with Australian Consumer Law which generally requires a minimum validity period of three years unless exempt.
Expiry details will be shown when the gift card is issued.
Woozee may charge a service fee in addition to the gift card value.
This fee covers the Woozee platform, countdown reveal experience, video messaging and bundle curation features.
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis before the Woozee has been opened.
Once gift cards have been revealed or redeemed refunds will generally not be available.
Users may create accounts to access features including:
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login details.
Users must not upload or send unlawful, abusive or offensive content.
Woozee may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Woozee integrates with third party services including:
Woozee is not responsible for issues arising from third party systems or merchant redemption processes.
Woozee facilitates the gifting experience but does not control the redemption process of individual merchants.
To the extent permitted by law Woozee is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Woozee may offer referral rewards to users who invite new customers to the platform.
A referral reward is issued when the referred user creates an account and sends their first paid Woozee meeting the minimum gift card value requirement.
Referral rewards are issued as Woozee credits and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Woozee reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral rewards in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
Woozee may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
